Everything you need to complete your Hoiwa MedSafe courses, from first sign-in to certificate.

   Sign in and open your dashboard

   After signing in you land on your dashboard. It lists every course you can access, your progress and your latest exam results.

   Get access to a course

   Choose a course from the Plans page, or ask your organisation to add you to its licence. Access appears on your dashboard after purchase.

   Study the modules

   Each course is split into short modules with clear explanations and worked examples. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can stop and continue at any time.

   Practise with instant feedback

   Practice questions show hints, the solution method and unit-specific feedback. Practise as often as you like — practice does not count towards your exam.

   Sit the supervised exam

   When you are ready, your proctor receives a one-time code by email. Enter the code on the exam page; you have three hours once the exam opens. Calculation exams require 100% accuracy.

   Attempts and retakes

   You have three attempts. After a failed attempt the next one opens after five days. Your dashboard always shows where you stand.

7. 7

   Download your certificate

   Once you pass, the certificate button appears on the course card in your dashboard.
