PAC — Practical Assessor Course
PAC prepares registered nurses and clinical educators to assess a colleague's medication administration by direct observation in real work. It covers planning, observing against clear criteria, avoiding bias, structured feedback and factual documentation in MedSafe. Worked observation checklists and difficult situations, such as disagreement, language barriers and home care, make the training practical.
Developed with healthcare educators.
